1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Yield, TODO — registered business address. By creating an account or using Yield you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.

2. The service

Yield helps you brief, create, publish and analyse advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. It connects to advertising accounts you authorise, generates or stores creative assets, publishes campaigns you approve, and reports on their performance.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must have the authority to connect and act on the advertising accounts, Pages and websites you link.

4. Third-party platforms

Yield depends on the Meta APIs and other third-party services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and advertising policies, and you remain responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for a platform changing, rate-limiting, suspending or removing access, or for ad account or campaign decisions the platform makes.

5. Your content and ad spend

You keep all rights in the brand material, briefs and assets you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit them solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you hold the rights needed for the material you supply.

You are solely responsible for the ads you approve and publish, for their legality and accuracy, and for all advertising spend billed to your connected accounts. Yield does not pay for or refund media spend.

6. AI-generated output

Copy, targeting suggestions, images and video produced by Yield are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, generic or unsuitable. Similar output may be generated for other users. Review every suggestion before publishing — approving an ad is your decision and your responsibility.

7. Analytics and recommendations

Metrics we display are derived from third-party platforms and your own analytics, and may be delayed, incomplete or inconsistent with the platform’s own reporting — surfacing those discrepancies is part of what the product does, not a guarantee that either figure is correct. Our recommendations are informational and are not financial, legal or professional advice.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service to create ads that are unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or that breach Meta advertising policies;
• impersonate a person or brand you are not authorised to represent;
• upload malware, or attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service;
• scrape the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product;
• exceed usage limits or circumvent metering for generation or API access.

9. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, are non-refundable except where the law requires, and renew automatically until cancelled. Generation of images and video may be metered separately. We will give notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.

10. Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or advertising spend. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, or if required by a platform or by law. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy; you can request immediate erasure through the data deletion page.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yield is registered, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: privacy@yield.app.
